About
Building the agentic AI recruiting platform.
Adifice combines deep life sciences and technology recruiting expertise with AI infrastructure built for regulated industries.
Our mission
Validated talent for industries where it matters most.
In regulated industries, a hire is rarely just a hire. Clinical, regulatory, and quality roles carry obligations under FDA, ICH-GCP, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 — frameworks that expect named, qualified people doing specific work. A résumé that looks right on paper isn’t the same as competency that holds up under an audit.
The cost of getting it wrong is high. A mis-hire in a regulated role can mean audit findings, study delays, or a trial on hold — outcomes measured in months and millions, not just a replacement search. Generalist staffing can move fast, but it can’t validate the depth these roles require.
We think the answer is recruiters augmented by AI, not replaced by it. AI is very good at search, ranking, and drafting at scale. People are still better at judgment, relationships, and accountability. Adifice is built around that division of labor: validate competency with evidence, keep a human in the loop, and submit candidates clients can stand behind.
Our story
Built from the inside out.
Adifice was founded by a team with hands-on backgrounds in recruiting, consulting operations, and technology. We spent years close enough to regulated hiring to see the same pattern repeat: the people who could truly validate a specialist’s competency were the hiring managers themselves — not the staffing firms sending résumés.
We founded Adifice with the conviction that this gap is now closable. Traditional staffing can’t assess a biostatistician’s CDISC fluency or a CSV engineer’s grasp of data integrity at any real depth or scale. Modern AI can carry a structured, discipline-specific assessment — and document it — in a way that was impractical before.
Before we recruited for regulated industries, we built operating systems for them. Abiozen is a pharmaceutical API marketplace running on FDA 21 CFR Part 11 controls. AROS Compliance OS layers KYB workflows on top. That domain depth — knowing what GMP validation, FDA submissions, and ISO certifications actually demand of your team — is what informs every search we run.

Where we work
Chicago headquartered, globally distributed.
Adifice is headquartered at 155 N Michigan Ave, Suite 333, in Chicago. Our recruiting team is globally distributed, which lets us source and engage talent across time zones rather than within a single market’s working hours.
We’re intentionally remote-friendly. The work is built around clear process and shared tooling, so where someone sits matters far less than the quality and evidence behind their work.
